The huge overbet gives him the chance, but can he really take it? I could've had AAA or hit the flush. After the hand, Ive been thinking of whether I c ould've laid it down if I was him.

You set him up nice, but he should recognize that you min-raised and then pushed a huge amount and that's after you raised preflop. It shouldn't be overly hard to fold.
