I would 3bet in hand 4 do get HU with CO and build a pot, also defining his hand a little more.

terry toma never loses reraised pots obviously

I'm not too sure about the check-minraises. IMO they tell your opponent what your hand is. Betting puts your opponent to a more difficult decision, again, IMO.
