i think this was the first hand id seen him raise someone who had already been betting. Would you still call? only played 60 hands with him

edit what sort of hands do you think he will do this with?
i cant put him on anything besides maybe JJ.
All of the hands i can think of either have a 10 in or a slowplayed AA, KK (people seem to have started slowplaying these lately at stars).
I cant imagine someone chosing to make it their first push against an obviously strong hand with 88, spade-spade?

Even without a read on the guy I think I fold this. You got 4 callers to the flop, so there is a good chance one of them has trips. Plus if you proceed, how do you play it? If you call the minraise what do you do if the turn is a blank and villian pots it? If you raise his minraise, you commit such a large portion of your stack that it becomes very difficult to fold to a blank turn.
