This really felt weak, but I had a read bad feeling about this. Anyway, he just sat down. No reads, no stats.

A nothing pot became large att the turn that made my boat, but I really thought I was beaten, for no reason. No calling hands really fit the board to make a bigger boat except 44. But the turn minbet, minraise made me wonder. Please tell me this was horrible.

That's pretty freakin' weak.

I'm getting every penny in with that hand on that board vs almost all opponents.

It just smells of a seven, and I'm not scared of a seven here.

I really don't know why I played it like that, felt like posting it to get a slap in the face, I guess.

He would have called a push. It went from a nothing pot to a play-for-stacks-pot. What does he have? A7? 44? Overpair?

All those hands are possible.

I personally think 7x...A7 most likely, but some kind of seven.

If he has 44, well I pay that all day.

But regardless, I hate the 477 flop. Lost my biggest pot ever with 44 on a 477 flop, some jerkoff flopped quads.

Well, I guess you'd know if he'd had 44...A7 and 44 would've bet the flop methinks, unless he was slowplaying it. Overpair fits.

I really don't think A7 bets that flop. 44 maybe, but only trying to catch a seven in the pot.

Well, of course he had 74, and dragged the pot. Anyway, I think this kinda shows that you can play a hand sucky and win (lose less) sometimes. That does not mean that you always should trust the "strange feeling", because it's not right very often. :P

I put him on A7s, 76s, 87s, or 44 after the turn re-raise.

You're ahead 75% of the time.

Theres no way I could put him on 74... or 72 or 75 for that matter, and it shouldn't even be a concern to you.

Even if you added ALL 3 of these hands that have you beat to his possible range, youd still have almost a 50% chance of being ahead.

You actually lost more in this situation by playing weak. You arent maximizing your expectation (by extracting the most money possible when you are ahead), and in the long run that will cost you money, not save it.

Yeah, I meant that if you read the other sentences. I can really recommend posting sucky hands sometimes, you'll never do it again.
