First of all, I apologize about no converter, cant ever seem to get it to work with Pokerroom.

Hand 1) Table was reallllly passive PF, This was donktastic limpin in but I knew I'd see a cheap flop...meh. No other strong reads on the table, I felt the overbet was a missed flush draw...stupid ass river call?

Hand 1016809780, Started at 9/17/2006 11:36 PM

Hand 2) Both opponents are really idiotic, I have seen them pay huge money for flush draws in the past plenty of times. With the action on the flop is this a bad push?

Hand 3) I knew villian took stabs at too many pots. I figured I'd call to see what the turn brough....betting the same amount on the turn looked weak....a raise may have been necessary here, but I wanted to see if I could get a cheap SD here.....weak?

1. You already know about pf. I think limping against passive players with this hand is ok, but I would avoid doing it in EP.

Bet the turn. Against most opps you will be facing a river decision (and potential bluff) if you check behind after raising. As played, it kind of looks like YOU'RE on the flush draw... I dunno.

If he outkicked you with a better Q, such is poker.

2) I think this is OK. I'm too tired to do the math right now but I believe that FE + odds to improve here make a push reasonable. If you really feel you're up against a flush though, I think it's livable to try for your draw (given correct odds of course).

3) I probably play it the same way. I am torn about valuebettting the river - I suspect it's one of the cases where better hands raise and the only thing that might pay you off (other than another small pair) is an A - but it wouldh ave to be a pretty wimpy river lead.

Hand 1 - Yah, not sure why I didnt bet the turn there.....geuss I felt being multiway my TPWK with a caller was no good. But then I hit a money card and was unsure what to do....wow this was an ugly one.

Hand 2- If you feel your up against a flush with 2 others in the pot, do you advise a call? I felt it was push/fold time....I was thinking that I'm up against 1 club hands here often enough to be +EV.....

It is very difficult to put someone on a made flush.

If you DO put someone on a flopped flush though, pushing is worthless and goes against our goals of sticking our stack in when we're ahead.

On that flop - well, you have a chance to close the action. Again; if you're quite certain you're up against a flush, you know what you have to do - draw out - and you know how to do it and when to do it.

Against a FD, I agree, push works.

hand 1: i think i make this call as played. villaing completes from SB, so he really could have any hand. If he in fact has the case Q, its Q5/Q8 or something as easy as QJ/QK/QA.

hand 2: well played.

hand 3: i dont mind seeing a cheap showdown here.

hand 4: fold preflop

don't you have to use hh's from pt with pokerroom? or maybe the raw hh's from the site stats? i'm pretty sure the hh's you get from clicking on "previous hand' at the table are worthless for any converting.
Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.

Now that I look back a call here to take another call would not be a horrid play........

Say I call and see a turn, what do I do if its a club vs. non scare card.

I would think all my money is getting in regardless unless the turn is a club...another argument for pushing while I am most likely ahead?
