Hey, I'm up on Paradise, and I decided that I wasn't ready to risk too much. So I decided to 'slum it' in the $10 NL table.

After this hand a couple of people went on to rant about how they hate chasers online. I was a little offended by this (I'd hate to learn that I do what I hate others to do) I feel my chasing was toally justified.

Check it out.

Uh ... if you were chasing, what was the other guy doing?

And hell .. for 10 cents you can't expect people not to chase.

well you won $8.60, so your 10c call had implied odds of 86:1 on a 10.5:1 shot.

Looks good to me.
Poker is all about the long long long long long long long term . . .
Barney's back . . . back again . . .

Sure that's fine, your 10 cent call was for a pot of 80 cents at the time. You had 10 outs(4 nines, and 6 cards to pair your overs). Good call.
"Why does this still seem like gambling to you!?"
