Background leading up to this hand....

I had made a couple of bad bluff moves and lost a bit of my stack (believe it or not). Was chatting with some of the guys about if i dropped below $250 then i am quitting. One of the guys says how somebody should raise me tha amount.

The villain in the scene had been quite aggressive on a few occasions without showing down...so, not much of a read. But he didn't play many hands so I wasn't sure about 7,8 from UTG.

Fold preflop, then fold the flop and then finally fold the turn. You are a split at best most of the time.

yeah, i know my play leadin up to this point left a lot to be desired.

I just thought I'd play a little crazy for a little while with my big stack to get a little life into the table which was starting to get a bit static.

But my question is only in relation to this turn decision
pocket Jacks eh?

CANT WIN WITH 'EM
CANT WIN AGAINST 'EM
CANT FOLD 'EM

call; a flush doesn't do this. He has a set at best, and wants you to fold, so he doesn't have to see the river.

A set pushing all-in with 3 hearts and a 4 card straight on the board? I doubt it.

A player with a flush might make this play not wanting to get outdrawn, and hoping a player with a straight calls.

But yeah, this is pretty much an automatic fold preflop. And why did you call on the flop?

Why did you call on the flop and how can we play together more often?

Okay, okay....give me a break!

I know my play looks bad, but in the context of the table I think it was ok.
These people were terrified of me!!

I wasn't too worried about he cards in my hand at this point, I was pouncing on any sign of weakness with any old junk. And these people knew I was pepared to play any old junk, which constantly made them unsure of the strength of their own hand.

I called the flop just to see how strong he was on the turn....he was obviously afraid of the hearts, so if a heart came i could test him out.

But, all that is besides the point.
My question is.......do i call this?
pocket Jacks eh?

CANT WIN WITH 'EM
CANT WIN AGAINST 'EM
CANT FOLD 'EM
