I just came to the table so I didn't have any reads, in which case I shouldn't have attempted the steal... I just was in the mood for it.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG+1 ($9.80)
MP1 ($6.75)
MP2 ($9.50)
CO ($2)
Button ($8.85)
Hero ($10.20)
BB ($10.40)
UTG ($7.60)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9, 5.
UTG calls $0.10, 5 folds, Hero raises to $0.3, 1 fold, UTG calls $0.20.

Flop: ($0.70) K, A, 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.3, UTG calls $0.30.

Turn: ($1.30) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.3, UTG calls $0.30.

River: ($1.90) K (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $2, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $3.90

I have 13 outs here so I tried to to put a price tag on turn/river to get favorable pot odds. I was putting him on Ax or Kx. How's my line?

EDIT: OMG. I thought I was button here... talk about paying attention. Anyways, if you don't include my PF raise, how's my hand?

IF If you are going to raise a limper, at least pretend you have a real hand.
Bet more,pre-flop (.40-.50), flop (1). If he's still around, you will have to decide if you want to gamb00l with your f/d or not.
