so even at the 100$ level a limp from UTG doesn't mean strength?

Considering my UTG limping range, I would call the raise everytime and fight for the pot after the flop.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

With 100bb stacks, I'll take the less defined hand with position and initiative, thank you.

Preflop: Fnord is MP2 with 4c, 7c.
UTG calls $1, 2 folds, Fnord raises to $4, 4 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: Qs 5d 2d

How to go from there?

...UTG checks, Fnord bets $6, UTG folds....?

Just curious...

Yeah, I realized this recently - the "rock quarry" description of those $50NL tables is far from true...hell, even on $25NL tables fishes wisely were mucking unimproved overcards against pressure, but on $50NL they are beyond that kind of poker...

Repping king while holding unimproved AQ - failed everytime...

They donkbet draws 80% of the time, even gutshots. Sometimes I flat call the flop just to slam a bigger raise on blank turn and they call it!

Someone will hit a piece of flop against the raiser - donk it! "He must have AK!"

C-bets are waste of money, on $25 I almost always won pot on after flop bet, on $50NL my AK unimproved is check-check, check check...

Dark tunnel donkbets, betting gutshots OOP in 5 way pots, donking every street and folding to river minraise, that game is weird...They are not tight rocks, they are stupid idiots. Except Allin4fun, who folds folds folds folds folds, sometimes raises and everybody folds...

What do you think, IrishEyes about quality of $50NL players on Fortune Poker room?

Oops, sorry about hijacking...

It depends. I half posted this as a joke. I should have included a read, I'll add one later this evening when I get back to home and can open up my DB + notes. There probably is something here specific to the table textures on this site...
