 Villain is weak tight; calls preflop too much. I'm at the table because of the maniac to my right and have only shown down premiums (don't know how long he has been at the table and I don't think my image matters much to him anyway). Flop line? Plan? The size of the flop raise screams 'draw' to me.

i bet at least $30 into the pot and fold to his huge raise if this guy is super passive. Otherwise, i'd shove all-in against standard TA or manaics.
sidenote: You had Ah in this hand, so he couldnt raise this big with A high flush draw.

 The larger raise makes more inclined to push, not fold. A smaller raise, like to 72 and I would probably call and reeval turn. If the turn is a heart, I'd most likely c/r allin.

 Since you think he has a draw then you gotta 3bet. I don't think a weak/tight has a draw though and his large raise is because he wants to get his set in on this scary board.
