maybe these arent great examples...maybe i am the donkey/overplayed here, but nonetheless...

hand 1: villain at table is loose and neither too passive or too aggressive. he has been calling stuff w/o real strong stuff, though.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG ($12.90)
UTG+1 ($36.45)
MP1 ($14.15)
MP2 ($19.75)
Hero ($34.75)
CO ($24.65)
Button ($23.45)
SB ($25.05)
BB ($13.25)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T, 9.
4 folds, Hero raises to $1, 2 folds, SB calls $0.90, 1 fold.

Flop: ($2.25) J, Q, 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1, SB raises to $3, Hero raises to $33.75, SB calls $21.05 (All-In).

too aggressive for 25NL? do you have enough of an edge here? or, do you also need an A to feel comfortable?

my brother and i were talking about this particular hand, and he says i have no FE...i say bullshit. when i shove over a $3 raise to his whole stack, i have tons of FE, imo. thats a serious overbet. the only weakness was his tendency to call, and that shove may look like a stone-cold bluff...not a combo draw semi-bluff.

hand two: villain #1 is the table bully...AF over 7.5. villain #2 surprised me, i had no read on him, as he was rather quiet...which makes me feel he had something decent, but the first villain's AF is what made me call. i had strong feeling KK had him beat, and was only worried about #2 having a set.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP3 ($6.30)
CO ($19.05)
Button ($27.05)
SB ($24.40)
BB ($18)
Hero ($25.25)
UTG+1 ($12)
MP1 ($17.70)
MP2 ($56.05)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, K.
Hero raises to $1, 1 fold, MP1 calls $1, MP2 calls $1, 4 folds, BB calls $0.75.

Flop: ($4.10) J, 4, 9 (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $4, MP1 folds, MP2 raises to $55.05, BB calls $17 (All-In), Hero calls $20.25 (All-In).

bad call? or do you like your chances here in tripling up?

Hand 1: Opening with less than half the pot really smells weak here and you'll get reraised a lot I think, so I'd be more inclined to open with $1.25-$1.75. As played, I favor calling his reraise over pushing since you have an extremely strong draw in position against a guy who will probably pay you off since you said he calls too much. Also, since he calls too much, you probably have less fold equity than you think. Overall, the push might be +EV since sometimes he'll reraise you on the flop with air sensing weakness, but I think calling the raise has much better value.

Hand 2: Probably a tougher spot than I'm giving it credit for, but I'm pretty sure I'd fold here at 25nl, albeit I'm not sure I could blame a call given your description.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.
