Thanks dude.....thought I was going insane there. I cannot believe how often these have been happening lately. Damn! Had to get off....would have gone on a big tilt. This was the only decent hand I had all night and get sucked out.

dont worry about this loss. i think you couldnt have played it better. you dont want to just call his bet because theres a flush draw out there, and your hand is very vunerable. who would have known you were against 4 of a kind and a full house

Bad beats happen whether you play correctly or not. You just increase your long-term profit by playing well; you don't guarantee that every pot will go your way. You had the best hand here but it was still only 65/35 in your favor vs. the trips.
