Ok, Jan 2009 has been about playing with my game a lot. Some studying and experimentation. The month without a profit motive = it's been about breaking even. Next month I want to make $$$$.

The report below is predominantly 100nl (a few hands at 200nl and at 25nl)at Full Tilt, filtered to only display hands with 7+ players.

A few things jump out.
I've decided to stop open limping so much, it was a test of some ideas that I had and I don't think it worked.
Same goes with cold-calling and limping in general - I've been playing a fairly passive game pre-flop and playing some speculative hands inappropriately.
I've also decided to re-consider calling from SB/BB with pocket pairs vs reg-nits.
I need to 3-bet steal from the button vs CO steals more.
I need to steal from CO more, and probably less from the small blind.

Any other thoughts on the positional stats welcome! any further info that i should include?

it looks like you are coldcalling a ton of hands from ep/mp vs EP raises. you should probably consider dumping or 3betting a lot of those hands
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

<daven> i agree 100%, i've started that adjustment now
<killerkebab> stop flatting/limping in EP (but you mentioned that already)
<daven> call less you mean?
<daven> from blinds?
<killerkebab> yeah i think so
<killerkebab> my SB is 20/14 and BB is 8/4
<daven> play less, or play less in a passive fashion?
<killerkebab> wait thats completely wrong
<killerkebab> gimme a second
<killerkebab> yeah SB is 17.5/11 and BB is 9/4.5 for me
<killerkebab> i think you should consider raising more
<animal_chin> iFUIFSDFAS
<daven> so what are you cold calling preflop from the bb, and vs whom?
<killerkebab> playing a tighter range more agressively from the blinds would be good for your blinds imo
<killerkebab> i tend to call PPs with set odds, SCs in limped pots, and raises with stuff like AJs,KQs
<killerkebab> AQs, etc
<killerkebab> but i think i need to get 3betting more so dont take my word for it only
<killerkebab> but my calling range is mainly pocket pairs and AXs type hands

<kingnit> FAAAAK
