HAND 3: This hand was questionable for me. I was in late position, basically with limpers to me - nothing less than 10 cents seems to hold water as a raise on these micro tables. Was it a good fold? If I had stayed in, I probably would have been in a world of hurt hoping for the straight flush draw.

HAND 5: I knew already that rabitchocker was a loose aggressive (almost maniac) player. I still think that my 73h sucks too much to call with, even against a maniac in early position.

HAND 6: Here's another hand that would have gone my way if I stayed in. I don't want to be starting any bad habits, and I felt that Q9o is a weak hand and it surely wouldn't stand a raise. I don't want to start going in on "gut feel"

Not sure why you played so agressively with only :Kd: . K9s isn't exactly a monster in a full ring. Its a hand you want to try and limp with and hope to catch a flush or straight, and then if you happen to catch top pair maybe try and take the pot down but still be careful. I don't like the flop bet unless you really thought there was a good chance they would both fold. I would have just called the .02 to see the next card cheaply.

Yeah.. :Qs: From EP it depends on the table. If you think you can limp in, you can call. But if the pots are being raised a lot preflop then you just want to fold. Also if 6 or more people are seeing the flop regularly then I think you want to call. I don't play the microlimits so I'm not sure.. My guess is it that a lot of ppl typically see the flop and it might be worth it to play Qxs-Axs from any position.

Well very similiar situation. You have a nice drawing hand in but you're looking at a raised pot. Because it looks at least 5 people are going to see the flop, and another couple behind you will probably come along, I think you have to call this preflop. Remember that draw hands play best when you have a lot of people seeing flop.

Fold preflop. You can't trap a maniac with . Wait for a pocket pair or two high cards if you want to make a loose call againt a maniac. Those hands play well in short-handed raised pots.
