Villains first orbit, hadn't done anything. Should the turn bet be harder? River b/f?

Hero b/fs?
Villain was 10/9/3 (over 150 hands) and folded to 3bets 67% of the time preflop. I am even money w/QQ-TT and AhKh so I felt it was okay to get it in. Should I just 2/3rds pot the flop?

more like b/c river in hand 1
I'm assuming he's kind of loose because you didn't say whether he played one hand during his orbit or whether he played every hand by openlimping/calling raises
Board: 2d Qh 4d Kh Jd
Hand 0: 30.769% { Td8d }
Hand 1: 69.231% { AdQd, Ad9d, Ad7d, Ad6d, Ad5d, Ad3d, Kd9d, Kd7d, QdTd, Qd9d, 9d7d, 7d6d, 6d5d, 5d3d }
I excluded AdKd and KdQd because he would raise those hands either pre or on the flop or on the turn since they're just monsters
if we pot river we can't fold to a shove, especially if he decides to randomly bluff a scare card
so maybe half pot it and call it off hope your betsizing induces something?
also when we're behind betting only half pot might get him to raise you smaller (not a shove on the river) when he has you crushed or raise you with a weaker hand for value
but yeah, I bet the turn harder
I could be completely wrong and this guy's a reg and we're getting owned
or he could be a total fish and shove QJ on the river
my default would still be bet half pot and call it off
with more reads you can make a better decision
hand 2 it's a flip so get it in
I'd also add AhQh to his range

Hand 1 - I'd bet/call the river as well assuming he doesn't shove all of his money in there.
Hand 2 seems pretty standard to me. You're betting half the pot on the flop in hopes that he shoves right?
