According to the preflop raise and follow up bet I figured him for something bigger than 77 and I also figured he was scared of the flush. Like my last bet? People always call when I do it like that

OMG This is the most embarassing play I have ever made. It was very hard to make myself post this. I quit for the day after this hand I hate myself FUK FUCK FUCK. The flop was a thing of beauty, and with 2 people betting heavy into it I was thrilled, probably gonna destack 2 people with sets! Lucky me hahaha.... fuckass shit

Oh wait I didnt even copy the hand history. Ok, ill explain it. Im in the big blind with 78. I check and get the most beautiful 456rainbow flop. The other two people around me start goin wild with the raises and I double the last raise. The turn comes (6)and pairs the board and im thinkin SHIT! the two guys go at it and I fold. river comes whatever. I have no idea what one guy had, but the other one had flopped the ass end of MY FUCKING STRAIGHT. So I lost money instead of destacking two people. They were both small stacks so I am hitting myself for not nutting and taking a small dent in the BR if they did in fact have FHs.

Lately, Ive really been working on my discipline and also quit calling people down out of curiosity or the inability to let go of my hand. Ive actually done alright the last 2 days playing poker, but then this hand and that other one i mentioned with the 89s have both come up.
