id call and hope it was one of the other hands that would make this move, wouldn't be too worried about mauau calling. i think AA, KK, AhJh, 22 would all make this play

I think you could have gotten away from this. You obviously have two guys ready to go wild in this pot, a JJ sized preflop bet, and a jack on the flop. If you had some basic reads on these guys I think you could have figured out whether or not to fold this.

HOWEVER, this is me talking like a know-it-all after seeing how the whole thing panned out. I know for sure I would call this too; knowing the whole time that I should be folding it. But I play at 25NL and too many guys are pushing these with flush draws so it pays me. I dunno about your level.

* I hope everyone noticed my use of the rarely needed semi-colon!

a semicolon shouldn't have been used there, "knowing the whole time that i should be folding it" is not an independent clause

The c/r all-in would give me pause. This is one of those hands where you need to ask "Do I need to get involved?". If villain's an unknown or my read is that he's not the type to push without the nuts then, yeah, I'm probably dropping this (easy to say with results posted though...)

22 could play this way, slightly less likely with preflop raise. Add donkish AA/KK/AJ, AhKh, 4h3h + a bit of dead money + no specific read = call.
