villain is a solid player with stats over 540 hands: 19.0/5.9/2.5. I think i should play far more aggressively on the turn and push him off this hand,right?

Yup, you're right.

Make a large bet on the turn, and don't put anymore chips into the middle unless you improve your hand. A bet on the turn might get other overpairs to fold, and it's a great 'blocking bet for future considerations.'

its fine as long as you folded river

you could also call flop hoping he checks so you bet.

im not betting turn since he called our flop raise

how likely did this villain bet out with busted nuts flush draw on the river?
also, how likely did this villain bet on the river for value though?
i just found out its damm hard to handle this marginal situation when facing big bet As played, i folded
