UTG+1 is a loose donk who likes to bet and raise for the sake of betting and raising.
MP1 is tight/passive pre-flop, no post-flop read.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
UTG ($131.20)
UTG+1 ($97.10)
MP1 ($88.60)
MP2 ($43.05)
Fnord ($94.05)
CO ($37.85)
Button ($105.40)
SB ($90.15)
BB ($66.70)
Preflop: Fnord is MP3 with 7 , 5 .
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $2, MP1 calls $2, 1 fold, Fnord calls $2, CO calls $2, 2 folds, BB calls $1.
Flop: ($10.50) T , 9 , 6 (5 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 bets $1, MP1 raises to $12, Fnord ???

Hmm. Tricky spot. I would make it $35, and fold to a push. That should do nicely to clean up your outs, and most likely buy you two more cards.

Tell me you're joking.
Making it $35 is nice, but it isn't with the intention of folding to a push...

Meh, misread stack sizes. Though we were deeper. If he shoves, we are getting about 2.5:1. Yeah, it' s a call.
Pushing just seems so transparent to me...

Also note that with so many outs we are about even money with a lot of hands here...
FWIW, I'm very capable of pushing a set here as well.
Pot is already like $35 after hero calls, meh, so maybe raising and taking a free card on the turn is best. Or continuing to rep.
Best play is probably raise to $35 to be honest, calling a push of course, and folding to a donk push on the turn. If he checks to us we have a decision to make and it's check or push...

Lol Fnord certainly didn't start it, but he's the first one to use it consistently on FTR.

I like a raise here. Worst case? MP1 reraises all in with a set, and we call with plenty of outs.

I'm using it in everyday conversation now. People ask me if I'm Jewish.

if this was shorthanded, i would push. since this is a full table i think a set is likely and just call MP's raise because i think its more likely he has a set.

I called, donk folded.
Turn blanked.
Check, push, fold.
Looking back at it, I alternate between Raise, Fold and Call here...

The main problem I have with calling the flop is that your flush outs might be counterfieted.

Yeah, but I might keep the donk in the hand. I think he might call with a lot of crap here.

The thing that makes me nervous about pushing is getting called by set, straight, or ATs/KTs.....then we're real fucked
