 Thoughts on my line here. What should I do if villain calls or 3-bets?

With tpgk and just over 4 times the pot in the effective stack I'd just try to get it all in as quick as possible. So I like your raise and if he comes over the top then good, helps you get all in. If he calls then bet the pot on the turn. Don't fold. This assumes no reads.
Must get more aggressive - Tonight we dine in $25NL! rah rah rah! etc
