My day was also not anything to smile about. I was hitting sets left and right in my night session and a whole lot of them were getting busted. Lost 3 different 88% favorite allins in my favor and a AA vs AK (95%!) vs a semi-shorty. Ah well, can't dwell. Somehow I stayed only down a couple 200NL buyins. Was winning all kinds of showdowns, but losing all the major pots.
I got my dual 22" Samsungs delivered today and my computer is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Tomorrow should be the last day for my old 1 screen setup! So excited
Updating 1st post.

You swing so hard, Renton. Anyway, I got my new setup and got it all fixed up, it's so great. Only downer is I didn't get to play much because of how long it took to get everything going. Put in a couple of hours tonight and tried adding some tables to the mix. Seems ok. Probably gonna put in a looooooong one tomorrow.

Either of you guys mind posting your VPP/hand at 200nl?
I've seen 200nl at mostly around 0.51-0.53 VPPs/hand. If this is about right I might go for SNE as well. I'll decide within the upcoming week.

First day with dual monitors and also my biggest day ever. Coincidence? Have to get PokerTracker and PAHud up and running on this bad boy, but other than that I'm sailing. 27,000 VPP going into the 11th.

By the way I probably won't get a full day of play in today. UK is playing a great game versus Vandy on the college basketball front right now, I need to get my head on straight after getting blitzed last night, and the Pats-Jags game is at 8, which should be a good one.

today was a bit different. I decided earlier to take a "1/2" day and chill, just playing tons of 1/2 tables instead of my normal 2/4 and 3/6 game. It went absolutely horribly, and i ended the 6.5k hand session up 1 buyin.
Then just now i played some 2/4 3/6 and ended the whole day up 1k.
8k hands played. so i'm catching up to being on track.
Over 10k profit for january now

Been getting slaughtered the past two days. A few 2-outers and the like. Running 43% W$SD over 4500 hands my last session. Still need to move PT over to this computer....think I'll do that now.

Played a MONSTER of a session at 400NL tonight and won a few buyins. Lost just under 200BB with top set vs top top and nut flush draw (70/30 favorite), and a 95/5 favorite all in on the turn. Win those two big ones and I'm up almost 9 buyins instead of 3. That's variance, baby! Got my PT and PAHud working so watch out world, because I see you now....
New statistics are also updated in the first post. I've breached the daily required VPP to get to SNE, so I'm not playing catch up anymore. I'd like to try and hammer out more VPP than is needed these first few months so I can relax and take a few days off for Spring Break, WSOP, my birthday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!

I played 7k on Saturday and Sunday each, and plan to play about the same today. The goal at this point is 7k hands five days a week and 3k hands two days a week (on the days my girlfriend is off from work, sort of a forced weekend )

Here are my totals so far for this year:
100nl: 21,564 hands, +$1,759.60, 4.08 ptbb/100
200nl: 32,813 hands, +$3,603.80, 2.75 ptbb/100
Bonuses: $1,500.00
Total Profit: $6,863.40
Also I have 21,695 VPPs currently. I'm a bit behind because I only decided to do this a few days ago but I've got a good pace to get ahead of the game.

Bounced back after the freefall of the past few days. Variance in all-in pots at 400NL is severely hurting my winnings. First post will be updated as soon as I have PT 100% full.

I have a lot of FPP and I'm not cashing them in just yet. My plan is to assemble a huge amount, and later in the year when I'm either A.) not feeling like grinding or B.) doing milestone bonuses and want something else to clear between them I'll have plenty of cash bonuses to go through!
Still way ahead of the curve when it comes to required VPP. I'll be shooting for 100k by month's end, and to maintain that for the first few months. First post updated just as soon as I plug the numbers in.

Yup, go cats! I live in Lexington now. Uhm....I think Renton's quit, at least the last time I talked to him he was about 2 weeks behind in VPP points. I'm still ahead of pace, but if there's no "team" aspect I'm not going to update this thread any more, I'll move updates to my Operation thread.
Honestly I just went on a huge heater and then a nice downer in the past 4 days. But it's not about sessions I guess, it's about overall results. Still positive for the month and the year, which is the goal. Gotta stay a winning player.
