Since you pretty certanly are ahead in this hand, I think you can slowplay it, but on the other hand, you wouldent get all-in at all, if he diden't held some kind of hand. If he holds the Ace he would call the all-in for sure.

This looks standard. A turn push is bad because he might have a fd/sd and could fold it drawing dead. He could also be a calling station with a pp of some sort and will still call you down (if you don't push I mean).

You're not actually thinking about folding the river are you?

No, didn't think about folding, I insta-called of course. I was just wondering if I took the best line.

Looks fine to me. he could either have a missed flushdraw, which you're killing, or an Ace, most of which you're beating, which ones was it?

IMO trying to slowplay with two clubs on board when an opponent's just checked to you is retarded.

jackvance is an unknown quantity at this point
I think this line is good. I'd maybe bet a tad more on the flop.

Nvm my first post, I just saw that full house, was to quick to respond. As already mentioned you could bet a little more at the flop, but generally it looks good.

Ok. Thanks guys.

He had A8s. Wiped out a good session like that.

And Ash...I wasn't thinking of slow playing it, I was checking my line on the turn and river. Two clubs on flop...no way.

My norm is 3x + limpers. Should my general rule be 4x?
