We can't see your hole cards.
I stopped semi bluffing because too many people will call me down with anything to beat me with Q high.
Stakes: Playing $0.10/$0.25 NL

You have to stop doing this at low limits unless you know the player is skilled. Too many guys that don't respect shit down there. The only way you will bluff them out (most of the time) is if they have NOTHING. I found too many times I couldn't scare someone off a low pair even. When I eventually gave up on this and started playing cards I did a lot better at these levels.

The sad thing is, I thought it would be safe at 100NL where I eventually clawed my way up to. It's better but not totally right. So I wonder if it's ever totally safe to try these moves unless you understand beforehand whether or not the opponent will understand what you're representing.

But anyway, I guess the point is don't give them too much credit down there.

I'd check the river, call a modest raise.
