It's not that large of a sample. And even then his PFR is only 12. Given this is his UTG+1 range, 3betting might not be ideal.
I don't disagree with 3betting him though. I would probably need something else than just this small sample size to go on though. And I would obv be 3betting if he was opening in a bit of a later position. And when I 3bet I play it the same as you ofc.
