raise to $44 and prob fold to a push. How tight is his preflop raise? and does he always fire this hard with one pair or has he got to have AA here?

a shove will not be called by a worse hand pretty much ever

yeah raise and fold to a push most likely he has a decent Ace and didn't realize you were on such a strong draw
