Villain is 38/3/3 over about 50 hands. No post-flop reads at this point. How big do I make the river bet?

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is UTG+2 with T T
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises to $2.5, 5 folds, SB calls, 2 folds.

Flop: 7 2 J ($6, 2 players)
SB bets $1.5, Hero raises to $6, SB calls.

Turn: 4 ($18, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: T ($18, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets ???

I'd make it at least 12, and call a reasonable raise.
