Ask any Omaha Hi/Lo player how much this spot sucks, then fold.

You'll see a backdoor flush here a lot.

I'd bet he only has a Jack...

It's a nothing pot though so I'd just fold. Why did you check the turn?

because im not ahead of much anymore, and i picked up a gut draw

fnord, dont you think the backdoor flush is unlikely since the board has the 9T of spades (the oesd on the flop) and i have the Qs? am i behind other hands here other than 5s6s? KJ surely doesnt check-call the flop

When you're right, you win half a meh pot (and winning half a pot isn't half as good as winning an entire pot.) When you're wrong, you get stacked. You only win his stack when he's bluffing. Given all the information I see, I think you're getting the way worst of this deal.
