Any point in betting here? Do I usually win this by checking on the river? Does a bet ever make a T,Q,88,99, or possibly JJ fold here?

What hand with a 7 would you have called the flop and turn with?
I would likely call with Tx, Qx, JJ (although I would likely raise the flop with JJ or Tx), would probably fold 88, 99

I think your gonna get called by 10x.
If you want to make a play at this, id re-raise the turn to like 7, then go for 15 on the river.
Min raise guy either flopped a set or is on a weak hand, guy 2 is msot likely on a draw. Guy 1 does not have top pair most of the time because he is screwing around with min. raises in a pot where a guy is almost certainly chasing a flush. Guy 2 is most likely chasing as well, maybe on a straight or flush draw. If we can agree that they are usually drawing here, repping a Q on the turn and then firing again on a blank river will almost certainly push them off any medium hand they have.
This is unless of course they had a set from the beginning and played it bad.
