NL100. One orbit in. CO has been pretty damn active raising preflop three times already. I've also seen him throw large bets out there to (what it looks like to me) blow people out of pots.
CO ($165.50)
Ultimate George on button ($101.50)
Cards dealt to Ultimate George :Qh: :Qs:
Five folds, CO raises $3, Ultimate George raises to $10, SB calls $10, BB calls $10. Pot = $40
Flop :Js:
SB checks, BB checks, CO checks, Ultimate George bets $25, SB folds, BB folds, CO calls.
Turn
CO checks, Ultimate George raises $45, CO calls $45.
River :Jd:
CO raises $30.50, Ultimate George ???
I can't put him on KK or AA (he would have reraised preflop to isolate me with so much action around him). I can't put him on AJ or KJ, because any fool would know that he's beat with the way the betting went down. Unless he's got AhJh. Maybe he's on AhKh? 99 or 44 is possible here, but you'd think he'd put me in for all of my chips on the turn instead of smooth calling yet again.
The betting here just seems funky. To me, I obviously have to call this with the amount of money invested in the pot. Or do I? I only have $21.50 left, so it seems like I have to make a crying call here.
What is your play here and why?

Trivial call, espeically with your read and the fact that you're getting over 9:1. If he rivered a third J vs you then so be it.

Kinda have to call it, though I might've pushed on the turn instead of 3/4 of my stack to prevent this type of decision...

Call it. If you think he is just leveraging the scare card for a fold you have to call it.

CO raises $30.50, Ultimate George calls $21.50 (and is all-in)
CO shows :Ah: :Kh:
Ultimate George shows :Qh: :Qs:
Ultimate George collects $220 with two pair, queens and jacks.
So my read was right. He didn't have a set. He didn't have trip-jacks either. Total bluff, just like he had (probably) done on the pots I had observed since sitting down at the table.
For $20 more, though, I'm taking my medicine no matter what this guy has.
Also, in this case, it was good that I didn't push all-in on the turn. He may still have called me, but then again, maybe he doesn't. I'm not sure all-in right here is the best play, it seems that all-to-often the only way you are going to get a call is if you're beat (meaning, you're losing money here).
I dunno, thoughts on that?

I have to make that call but i think you needed to shut it down quicker. You probably have the best hand on the flop but with 3 other players and a draw out I'd hit that flop harder.
If you figure for the implied odds (are you going to muck it if a K falls on the turn, what about a heart?) the villain is making easy calls all the way to the river, dont let him off so easy.
As for pushing the turn, his action smells like a draw and your not making any money if he hits one of his 14 outs .
