FTP - havent played here in like 12 months.
impressions are that everyone at 100nl full ring is god-awful terri-bad

In this hand id like people thoughts on opp being
1. A TAGG reg
2. A fish
3. Unknown.

Id be interested on thoughts on turn bet sizing - also, when im checked to on the river i believe i am 100% ahead hence the value bet - bad assumption?
I cant remember the c/r all in timing fwiw, it wasnt a long time but i dont recall it being instant either

I don't think it makes a big difference on the river. In the thousands of player notes that I have I'm not sure that there's even one that says something about c/r bluff river... it just doesn't happen. And someone with a Q will rarely take that line. I think you're spitting at best. Fold seems best.
I fold pre, check back flop, raise turn to 20 but whateva... it's really close pre 7 handed... I don't think I play this different against anyone.

Would have to be somone stupid enough to think Qx is the nuts for me to call the river. Or someone I know is smart enough to do something with Qx figuring he's bluffing us AQ.

So, in other words, usually fold.
