Obviously you did give him too much credit. Next time leave out the ending so we can all be left in suspense. That way I won't start my answer with "Obviously"
In all honestly, it would be a tough call to make, but I probably would have folded after an all-in and a call were before you.

you have to assume one of them have you beat, or will have you beat by the river. the fold was fine. if the other guy didnt call then you should call.

Agreed. With the guy calling the all-in with the flush draw out there screams "set". Too small a pot to risk with just two pair. Good fold.

I probably would have called, but only because other weaker two pairs were possible in the hand and its 25 NL and people play very loose there.. I sure wouldnt call if the equivalent happened at 400 NL lol
