in a hand like this you want the action to happen earlier. you flopped a good hand, but he could have you beaten with aa/kk/qq, he could have a worse q and suckout, and he could have a heart draw that you want to make pay. so, raise the flop to maybe 7 or 8. then if you get reraised you can probably ditch it for cheaper and you've made some draws/worse hands pay.
i betcha that i got something you ain't got, that's called courage, it don't come from no liquor bottle, it ain't scotch

Raise flop for sure. I may even raise this preflop. Not enough hands are reraised imo, but then again I'm trying to get more aggressive lately...
