I probably should have taken his stack on this hand. I could tell he was ready to play back at me, but JK was still a possibility, as i have seen him chase before. I had raised him a few times in position with weak holdings and bluffed my way to winning the pot. I guess from now on when I know a player is ready to play at me i will raise in situations like this.

Seat 1: Moneysuckle ($477.20 in chips)
Seat 2: ender555 ($518.30 in chips)

I love 400NL. It's like heaven.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

there should just be a sticky "if you don't go broke with a set, you played it wrong"
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately

But then you can't go broke with it

Also to add some content:

No i don't raise the river. I don't think any two pairs will pay you off. TT might call a small value raise but that is A) really unlikely and B) too specific a hand to raise just in hopes that he is holding that. It doesn't look like villain is holding AA, but just incase he is slowplaying KJ i think the safe bet is to just call unless you have a read that says he is a fish who will pay you off with AT, AK, A5...etc.
