He could be pulling a squeeze on the minraise or he could have a genuinely strong hand which has you beat 60% of the time. I gotta call and play a flop here but if the guys ahead reraise, I would bail.

Call. Raise him on a flop of undercards and continue from there. Fold to a bet if an A or K flops.
He could have a lot of different hands: 10-10, J-J, K-K, A-A, A-K, A-Q, A-J, but I'd suspect he has high cards.
