I make it .70
I'd have to evaluate what the blinds did after that, but I'd have a hard time folding

So we're raising because we don't believe he hit the flush?

I'd say we're raising because we have an overpair plus an opened ended straight flush draw.
The only hands ahead of us here are AA/KK (would have reraise pre so rule them out) and Axs/Kxs which are posibilities but the number of outs you have make this worth playing for.
Against 2 random hands in the blinds
966,381,570 games 39.682 secs 24,353,146 games/sec
Board: Jh Th 9h
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 72.567% 70.97% 01.60% 685834352 15440925.00 { QdQh }
Hand 1: 13.716% 12.60% 01.12% 121715825 10837321.50 { random }
Hand 2: 13.716% 12.60% 01.12% 121715825 10837321.50 { random }
Against both SB at 15% and BB at 20% we have
19,614,966 games 0.922 secs 21,274,366 games/sec
Board: Jh Th 9h
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 54.679% 52.56% 02.12% 10309650 415651.17 { QdQh }
Hand 1: 22.989% 21.53% 01.46% 4222558 286703.17 { 77+, A7s+, K9s+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KTo+, QJo }
Hand 2: 22.332% 20.90% 01.43% 4099291 281112.67 { 66+, A4s+, K8s+, Q9s+, J9s+, T9s, A9o+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo }
So against either anyone defending their blinds (doubful against early raiser) or people playing relatively tight range you are over 50% to win...playing for stacks is a no-brainer
Even against a SB playing only top 5% of hands
6,184,647 games 0.234 secs 26,430,115 games/sec
Board: Jh Th 9h
Dead:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 46.565% 44.65% 01.91% 2761732 118165.67 { QdQh }
Hand 1: 32.705% 31.53% 01.17% 1950069 72596.17 { 99+, AJs+, KQs, AKo }
Hand 2: 20.730% 19.34% 01.39% 1196250 85834.17 { 66+, A4s+, K8s+, Q9s+, J9s+, T9s, A9o+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo }
