No reads on villains

The river bet was really odd, since he's betting into a pot of nothing. Should I be betting the turn? The flop is so dry that I can't see either of them raising/overcalling without the goods

Im a little suspicious by the flat on the flop, but theres no way that you fold the river. Half of the time youre going to see nines or tens.

wow this is preety bad, checking the turn is fine, but folding the river, wtf, this is so often a blocking bet by a smaller pp or 7x. River's closer to a raise than a fold, by far.
