I'm not thinking squeeze. I'd fold he limp raised from UTG, to me that means AA/KK.

Yeah, fold that sh*t to the limp reraise. From what I read on 2+2, I think around higher stakes such as 400NL and up you can start to suspect a squeeze here, but at 100NL I think this is AA/KK almost everytime. Definitely reraise this preflop though. Isolate the field, establish control, and if UTG comes over the top of your raise, easiest fold of you life. Have you seen UTG pull any big moves?

Edit: With UTG+1's call of the $16, I think calling is the correct play here, although the implied odds might make it a close decision...

so long as the stacks are deep i make this call. i was in the same spot yesterday with nines vs AA and called a large reraise threeway, knowing i needed to improve. implied odds if you hit your 7:1.

I like to bet flops and not create a huge pot OOP w/QQ

Proof of this.

After posting this at 2+2 I think it's a very good line after not already 3betting preflop. To be honest I think I should be more worried about the TAGgish player just calling than the limp/reraise by the donk. If I could play this same scenerio out all day long I bet that it would be very +ev at the $100.

You got me thinking about the way I think about QQ and I think I have been going about it all wrong. If the pot is likely going to be HU then I 3bet but if it looks like it's going to be multiway I only call and that thinking seems to be backwards . I didn't realize I did it until this thread made me look at my QQ hands from the blinds. 2 examples...

QQ and all big pps play well HU, they dont play so well multihanded, unless you have caught a fish.
Plus, OOP facing a reraise on a raggedy flop with QQ is asking for trouble. How many times will you be facing a set or an aggro who cant put you on QQ so is going to push you around.
QQ/KK/AA goes to HU. That way you can put opp on a limited number of cards.
So in the first hand you originally posted the pot is $12~ when it gets to you OOP with QQ. I make it $30 knowing only TT+ can really call. Yes you may get no action but that pot already has way too much action for QQ imo.
raise.isolate.rep.
A limp reraise is a great way to make people who overrate hands, call when they are far behind. I learnt this when i started making errors in ring with QQ against KK/AA. Therefore an UTG limper who then reraises in that pot you describe has to be given credit for a good play in the situation or AA/KK. Imo you go bust far too often making the play you made on that hand with QQ once UTG limp reraises. Its a classic way to get players to chip dump into AA/KK. The play gets so little respect.
Probably, you got away with pushing here as UTG is a donk. In many more situations i think you'll get into trouble.
So isolate with QQ, even if that means just pumping in half your stack preflop to win an overactive pot.
