he was talking throughout the hand .. i told him that KK was no good, and he eventually folded .. he claimed after the hand that he actually had KK

He's totally FoS, what idiot would fold KK to a $12.45 raise in a ~$90 pot? He probably had TT/99/77/66 or some such.

No, this is not too aggressive. Seems perfectly normal to me.
