It's rough alright.

Preflop: any low pp, AA/KK <- especially, 2 face cards
Flop: AA, KK, JJ, AK, AJ, 22, 44, TT, 99
Small bet gould be an action generator for a set, weak c-bet, probe bet. Maybe not AA, KK anymore because no preflop reraise.

Turn: This bet is protecting a hand. Its not AK anymore. its not TT, 99 either because you showed strength on the flop.

AA, KK, AJ, JJ, 22, 44, 77

actually 77 would maybe check the turn

River: Willing ness to push shows strength. its not 44 anymore.

AA, KK, JJ, AJ are most likely holdings.
3 have you beat, 1 you beat.
AJ/JJ is most likely.

I think I call getting 2:1

Ouch.

$3 was probably too light on the flop, but it's a tricky situation.

Miffed22001 is on a distinguished road
You played it well i think. Looks fishy on the flop.
When he bets into on the turn at 25NL THAT IS A KEY TELL imo, they dont come out betting into without somethig to bet with. I could find a fold on the turn but i guess you may have to raise and find out just how serious opp is.
No way you call that river.

This is how I feel. I think you played it fine up until here because of the hands that you beat.
AJ or TT and lower do not make this bet.
