This hand kinda threw me off yesterday. I thought I'd walk through my thought process and hopefully I could get some advice on it.
Info: UTG is 42/20, note says will play crap and bluff 2streets w/air, UTG+1 is 13/9, but I don't really know him well, and the MP caller is 12/9.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (MP1) ($109.80)
MP2 ($24.05)
MP3 ($111.65)
CO ($109.65)
Button ($18)
SB ($85.35)
BB ($100)
UTG ($201.75)
UTG+1 ($100)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with Q, Q
UTG calls $1, UTG+1 raises to $4, Hero calls $4, 1 fold, MP3 calls $4, 4 folds, UTG calls $3

Ok first question, I'm pretty sure this would be a bad 3 bet right? I'm torn because its an obvious raise limper spot, but its still early position.

Flop: ($17.50) 2, 10, 2 (4 players)
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $12, 2 folds, UTG+1 calls $12

When the raiser checks what could he have? The only things I can think of would be TT maybe he would c/call like 99 or JJ?

Turn: ($41.50) 8 (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $20, Hero calls $20

Then he leads the turn 1/2 pot? 88 or TT? Could he play KK or AA this way?

River: ($81.50) A (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $64 (All-In), Hero easy fold here right?

If you're not going to 3bet this pf I think this is an easy river fold. His EP raise has you killed on river. JJ would be your only hope.

As much as I hate putting people on specific hands this really looks like TT.

If you dont have a note UTG is tight or a reg id 3bet this. JJ is a call Kk is an easy 3bet QQ is the middle ground, and as he is raising behind a limped id 3bet this - plus you've given us 42/20 something stats.
Add in, his line is sweet with TT he just didnt quite get his turn bet sizing right which gave you oppertunity to fold river

Preflop i think calling is the lesser of two evils. The fact that one player likely to come into the pot is a donk compensates for the pot probably being multiway.

It's pretty hard to fold the turn, but I think you should. JJ isn't playing this way and it'd be quite a weird bluff that most 100nl nitty regs just aren't capable of.

maybe i'm being resuts oriented but I can't see what he'd c/c, lead with here. Certainly not a bluff and I can't see him doing it for value with anything we beat except perhaps JJ (which actually I would expect him to lead the vast majority of the time) so I fold. Exploitable fold, yes. But this is 100nl and the reg is nitty and basically unknown so I don't mind being exploitable in spots where I'm not going to be exploited.
