push on the turn ok or wait until river? it sort of seemed like the thing to do at the time but after thinking about it, it kind of seems too much like I made a boat. It's pretty unlikely he has a boat, and I dunno how many people call my allin with anything less than a boat?

When you have a great hand it's best to put your money in when it is less likely for your opponent to fold. Don't let a community sink in. Put your money in when he is emotionally charged and still confident. Your push on the turn was correct. Don't let the next card spook away your money.

Normally you want to slow play quads, but in this case your opponent is already confident. The only purpose to slowplaying is to get your opponent to this stage of confidence by allowing them to catch a hand. This opponent already has.

If he's not calling the all in on the turn, then he's definately not calling it on the river.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
