Villain is aggressive, halfway between tight and loose, and likes to make moves. Whats your line here and why?

I'd put him on a flush draw with Ax and the x most likely one of the board cards to give him pair + tk and maybe putting you on overcards., with that board I'd probably push.
Since you have said he's aggressive and moves from tight to loose, I'd say if he had a pair or A + high then he'd push back at your raise rather than calling.
I also don't put him on holding 35 with that raise into him preflop so I think you don't have to worry about the straight andless the 3 or 5 is also part of his Ax.
Worst case here I think you are looking at probably A3 or A5 of diamonds and he figures he has enough outs to beat you even if he has the least of it currently.

Not really.
With the cold call on the button I'd say he was going to try a blind steal but with your raise coming in ahead of him that put a stop to that. He may have tried to reraise you to keep on with the steal but I'd say given your position and raise that he put you on a decent hand.
If that were the case then I don't see him playing 22 or 44...66 he may play but I don't think he plays that way.
Either way, given the play to this point and the aggression you've shown I don't see him raising here with his made set. If he has the set he would just let you lead out and keep betting into him, especially if he has you on a pp higher than the board or sees your bet as a continuation bet.
My read on his raise here is that he is on a drawing hand and wants to drive you out rather than have to pay to try and make his hand when he knows he is behind.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Ugly spot. Does villian habitually minraise when trying to put a move on someone? I mean if he has a draw of some sort, wouldn't you expect a bigger raise with more fold equity? Hard to say, and I can't really blame you for pushing or folding, since it's so read dependent. Along with him having a set, I think AA/KK is a real possibility here. Maybe you can be more specific on what some of his moves were?
