I bit the bullet this week and purchased poker tracker. Seems like a usefull enough program. I want it mostly to track tournament players, and since I do most of my tourney play on PS, I requested my tournament LB points summary (which lists all the tourneys I've placed in the money and earned points for this year).

So the tables set, knife, fork, sauce.. I start requesting all the tournament summaries and hand histories. After about 2 hours of requesting TS and HH (about 100 tourneys) from pokerstars, I check my e-mail, only to find about 3/4 of the HH are EMPTY!

It seems Jokerstars only keeps the hand histories for so long (looks like 2 months +/-). Now all I have is about 25 tourneys of data in my PT, and every tourney I've played in thus far, I have only had one person I played 25 hands against.

How may tourneys do you need to play in before you can aquire solid information about everyone at your table?

I actually got alot of HH from them. You emial pokerstars support and request a HH from this date to that date. They were very helpfull in tracking down some of my HH that I lost previously.

even though ps has been called Riverstars grrr
