I'd bet/fold the river for value. There was no draw on the flop, he called the turn as well and if he had you beat you'd know it unless he has 9T/56. Bet more on the flop and the turn.

bet river and fold to a raise. usually a better hand makes itself known on the turn.

standard play for TPTK i see is to bet the same on turn as river. I dont like to play that way, I dont mind a check, but a 1/2 pot might be preferable.
