im thinking maybe a set (3's or 4's), perhaps Ace with low kicker two pair on flop, or a flopped straight (questionable at preflop for 4cents though).

You need to punish the draw as well as find out where you are, so I think you should have re-raised the size of the pot on the flop. If anyone re-raises, you know you can fold. If anyone calls, you know you could be in trouble (2 pair or wheel).

It's not clear what MFR had, but I'm guessing Towodi had at least a 5 for the wheel.
