what's your win-rate?
how many hands do you play?

at 5ptBB/100 it takes 1k hands to earn 1 buyin.
at 1ptBB/100 it takes 5k hands.
so, it is possible, but depends on your win-rate and volume

Yah this is a ridiculous question, it obviously depends how many hands you play. IMO a decently winning player should expect 1.5-3ptbb/100 (3-6 big blinds per hundred hands), so calculate based on that.

Of course it's possible. You should be asking how to get to that level of skill instead.

This is nl100 2009 (17 days). What sucks about this garf is that ive taken the last 4 days off poker, but but:

as stated above, you need to calculate this by taking [hands played x winrate], if your winrate is only 1ptbb/100 you need to play 5000 hands per day to win 1 buyin per day. Now i have friends doing 7ptbb/100 at FR and they only need to average 700 hands per day to make a buyin

I am strictly a tourney player but have started out playing full ring micros to get myself adjusted to the differences between the two and hopefully become a better overall player.

I was wondering Zwift how the hell you manage to play so many hands in such a short time?

How many tables do you play at the same time? How long are your sessions? And how long does it take you to reach 100 hands?

100,000 hands in 13 days is crazy. I currently have about 350,000 hands in PT3 but thats over the last 2 years, and I 6 table all the time.

thanks in advance

no i dont think u can make $200 a day i think u can make $400 per day
if u go twice as good as your target by playing the right cards at the right time even drop down a level or 2 and its still achievable and your using less of your bankroll

I 20table, and if each table goes ~60 hands per hour, i play 1200 hands per hour. Calculate this and it takes 5 minutes to play 100 hands. I usually play 6 hours per day, or 14 hours one day and 3 the other etc.. really depends on how well im running and what RL brings. Tho im still on my pokerbreak.

Also i suggest playing less tables if your in the learning process (slightly loser, slightly winner / breakeven).

Tho I'm really burned out playing alot of tables atm, i am soon going back to tiling 12 to 16 tables. Even tho this reduces my hourly rate, it decreases swings and also i play poker instead of playing it like a computer program.

No, i am a student atm, studying it-engineering. And atm i'm only planning for poker as a side income, if i get good at it then sure i will do it for a living but i want my education aswell.

Oh and, i live in Norway. And as said i planned to get in 200k hands per month this year.. but i guess im gonna play alot less than that because as said, i want to learn and enjoy the game instead treating it as "going to work".

Its possible to make 200 dollars at 1-2 at my casino in like an hour. Especially on weekends! Bet good hands, fold bad hands. Limp connectors and pairs in position. Extract value. Go home with money.

Win one buyin per hour playing 40 hands an hour? No. And also, the "weekend" fish ratio is a huge myth.. Because every reg thinks this way and you end up seeing is way more regs than fishes

Your def not thinking in the long run man.. Remember you play against humans. Its not a job. You don't have a definite salary. Everybody who enters a casino or online poker thinks exactly the same way as you. And wat your saying, winning one buyin per hour, just show your new to the game.

Your suggesting winning 25 buyins after 1k hands?. Try 1.5, if your good.

Win one buyin per hour playing 30 hands an hour at most with a good dealer and shuffling machine? No.
