It's probably not going to happen. After some of the issues that have happened around other players and sites, nobody is going to contact an unknown poster about their poker habits or experiences.

If you have legitimate questions, you can just post them, and maybe something can be done in this thread.

ok..here's the questions..

Which year did you start playing online poker?

Which year did you start playing on Full Tilt Poker?

Approximately, how many hours a month do you play on Full Tilt Poker (FTP)?

Approximately what % of cash games do you play as opposed to tournaments?
(e.g. 90% cash games, 10% tournaments)

What initially attracted you to playing on FTP?

Is Full Tilt your primary poker site (I.e. the site you play the most poker on)? If so, why do you play mostly FTP?

If FTP is not your primary poker site, where do you play and what is the reason, for the site where you play the majority of your poker, ?

What can FTP do, to get more customers playing on their site and not a major competitor such as Pokerstars?

In your opinion, why does Pokerstars attract more player traffic (Pokerstars has the largest market share in the online market industry, closely followed by FTP)?

Generally, what does FTP do well in terms of the service they provide?

What does FTP do poorly or could improve on?

Do you participate on online poker forums? If yes which ones and do you frequent the ‘official FTP forum’.

In your opinion, does FTP understand what poker players want in general (e.g. blind structures, types of games) and form an online poker firm?

Do you believe that FTP make and effort to understand and dialogue with their customers?

What features of the software can FTP improve on, and is their anything positive in terms of software design which?

What customisable features would you like to see FTP implement?(e.g. Avatars, table layout etc.?

What would you like to see more of in terms of actual poker (e.g. 2-7 triple draw cash games, more deepstack poker tournaments, more deepstack full ring games etc)?

What would you like to see changed in terms of actual poker?

How would you rate the overall level of customer service of FTP, kindly give detailed justifications? How can customer service be improved?
