Hand 2 and 3 are totally standard.
Hand 1: Please raise this flop. Any 8/9/heart kills your action and could put you behind to one or more of the many players in the hand.

You can use the converter link in the thread just below this one that is for full tilt. It works for pokerroom as well.

No, don't be results oriented if you lost this time. Over the long run all these hands look good and will make you money.

Good, because I lost 3 stacks right there, just needed to make sure it really was a bad beat, and not caused by me playing very poorly.
