BankItDrew will become famous soon enough
I've been playing 200nl quite a bit over the past month and am running a 3.5ptbb/100 after 30k hands overall. I took 10 days off from poker until Monday and have been on a bad downswing Mon-Thursday. I know it's only 4 days, but it's also been 12k hands.

I'd like to know if there are any major holes in my game and how much is negative variance. I know some of it it bad luck, but most is probably bad play due to a bad beat here and there. Thanks in advance.

I was just thinking... it's less than 10 BI... no big deal or what? I still feel sick to my stomach from the bad poker recently.

Your defending blinds a little too much maybe. Most of the stats suggest a bad run and not anything thats wrong. Just winning too many small pots and losing to many big ones no doubt.

Now that you've got PT3 -- are you using the HUD? Maybe that's thrown your game off. If you're not, then maybe you should be to be able to tell the laggs & taggs apart when your 14 tabling

Probably just be a standard cooler tho, given how much you've already killed 200NL.

Yeah. The numbers I posted for those stats are >1% greater than what I had success with. I think that it's proof of a slight tilt in me forcing myself to get that next pot.

I notice you have a high vpip for SB with very low raise%, so it looks like you're completing a lot and losing $'s there. Is that standard for you? I've just noticed mine is much the same, although I've been winning in the SB, and wondering if thats a leak or not.
Just playing to improve.

10 days sounds like nothing, but as they say - absence makes the heart grow fonder. Coming back from a 10 day break were you very hungry? Had you forgotten recent beats and remembered only the big adrenaline rush hands? Were you on invincible tilt or entitlement tilt or similar? Did you expect to run hot? I'd check the attitude and play a couple thousand hands at a lower stake just to make sure I'm on the right mental level.

I could very well be wrong, but that's what occurred to me when I read the above.
