Hand 1
I would reraise 10$ on the flop to see where he stands. JT is a danger, but he might just as well hold two pair or trips and would then be raising against a flush draw. The turn is terrible for you, and I think your raise is good, but you should fold to his reraise, because it tells you you are probably beaten. He could well hold a full house now that the table paired or he could have held the J-high straight. I would fold here.

Hand 2
Looks like he is chasing something. No flush, but he could have hit a couple of trash hand straights with 85 or 53. I would need a good read here, since he could be slowplaying higher trips like this. I've seen it several times on my 0.25/0.5$ tables, with this kind of river check. I think I would probably check this down, because I would be in trouble with a big reraise. But with the correct read I might still bet for value.

Hand 3
Reraise the flop hard!! There is a flush draw and very possible straight draw on the table. I also think your first flop bet is too weak. What if he just calls you on a draw? The T on the turn gave both a possible flush or straight. AQ is a very possible hand for him here, but he could be holding JJ for example. You have ten outs for a winning hand if he holds the straight or flush (~20% chance I think). This would be a very hard lay down. You would have to decide if he is the type of player to semi bluff on the flop. If not you call (Is he all-in?). If he is a typical semi bluffer you should consider to fold here. Again a good read is important. In my opinion all your money should have been in on the flop if possible. Then you would avoid the difficult decision later.

hand 2 - I would bet. He's acting like he's made his hand. You have to
worry about a bigger set, though. I don't think he's on a draw.

hand3 - same as hand2

Could he be raising on the draw? 8-o

Hmm...

RERAISE

Calling is saying "If it's going to be a big pot, it's only going to get there if you want to." "K. I'll keep that in mind when the turn comes a scary card for me and I back down with tptk." Reraising says "Make the stupid call!" "K. I shall make a stupid call!"

Reraising opens the door for bigger value bets on later streets.

You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.

cheers guys..

RESULTS:

Hand 2

Im quit a p*ssy at the river when I get the chance to check behind, so I did and he showed TT.

Hand 3

I called allin, he held JJ...

It shows what a crap situation I put myself in by flat calling his raise at the flop, and giving myself harder desicions later, where I called his all-in re-raise at the turn

I put out the tiny flop bet in the hope of looking like im making a small stab continuation bet at my pot with nothing, inducing a re-raise. Normally I would value re-raise them back here, in which case he would of put me allin and I happily call with top set and the current nuts.

Unfortunatly my gf was in the room at the time and i said c heck this out ive got the nuts and he's bitten to my flop stab.. she said 'call it then' and for some reason it persuaded me to call thinking another diamond wouoldn't pop out.. however oen of the worst cards possible came out for the straigh tor flush possibility!

I think this hand is a perfect example of how a stupid call on the flop instead of re-raise can mess up the hand soo much, I hope to look back at this in future to remind myself!
